@webfam_word_of_the_day wanted to have a brand that encapsulated what their team do within a larger organisational structure.
By using on wallpapers, banners and email signatures relating to their work as the “webteam” gives them a common brand to get behind and creates a stronger solidarity between the members. Also giving them a distinct look within the organisation.
I went for a flat design icon with accompanying braces, for their usage in programming, with a cushion pattern to create some distinction and create a more premium feel (along with the yellow/gold).
